Dr. Kowin Casey founded KC Wellness and Physiotherapy as a community-based health center in Kansas City. Our one office is on Grand Blvd., and it is where every in-person visit takes place, whether you are dealing with a new injury, pain that has lingered for a while, or you simply want to feel and move better.
We listen carefully to understand the challenges our clients are facing in their healing process. Our wellness model strives to identify exactly what the problems are in order to allow our clients to begin to heal.

Dr. Casey graduated with his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2011, with honors, and received a certification in Physiotherapy with an emphasis in Sports Rehabilitation. He also has a background in nutrition.
Dr. Casey has an extensive entrepreneurial background. He has employed, owned and operated sports medicine, chiropractic, laser and physiotherapy clinics that specialized in the rehabilitation of work and auto injuries, with primary attention to total body wellness.

Where is the office?
Our office is at 1815 Grand Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64108, near the Crossroads and downtown Kansas City. It is our only location. Use the Get Directions link on this page to open directions in Google Maps.
What are your office hours?
By appointment only. Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM; Sunday: Closed.
How do I book an appointment?
Request an appointment online and our office will call you back to confirm a time, or call us at (913) 424-2410 during office hours and our front desk will help you find a time.
Can a follow-up visit be done by telemedicine?
Virtual appointments are available. At the visit time a nurse calls you to take your history, then you join Dr. Casey by voice and video from a smartphone or a computer with a webcam. Telemedicine visits are billed just like a regular office visit. Hands-on care such as adjustments happens in the office, so ask us whether a virtual visit fits your follow-up.
Do you take my insurance?
We accept all major insurance plans. Call our office at (913) 424-2410 to confirm your coverage before your visit.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Please fill out the Patient Demographic and General Consent Forms and the HIPAA Intake Form before you arrive, and bring them with you. Both forms are on our New Patients page. Care is available without a prescription.
